Operating Principle

Installed on the water network, the DOSATRON uses water pressure as its sole driving force. Thus actuated, it sucks up the concentrated product, doses it at the desired percentage, then mixes it with the driving water. The resulting solution is then sent downstream. The dose of product injected is always proportional to the volume of water flowing through the DOSATRON, regardless of variations in flow rate or network pressure.

Proportional dosing with external adjustment

The dosage is set by matching the top of the setting ring to the desired scale value on the scale. The amount of product injected is proportional to the amount of water entering the DOSATRON.
